Your voice makes a real difference. Thanks to you and your fellow FMA members’ tireless efforts and more than 165 action letters sent, Congress and the administration averted an earlier partial government shutdown. Federal employee pay in 2019 is part of the ongoing debate on funding. The administration is pursuing its proposed pay freeze in the new year, while many in Congress are pushing for a 1.9 percent pay raise as passed by the Senate. If you have not done so already, please take a moment to send an action letter on this, and urge your fellow FMA members to send one as well!
